- Purpose:
The Kerala TalentQuest Job Fair aims to create awareness about job vacancies among Kerala’s youth and capture the specific requirements and vacancies of SMEs. This initiative bridges the gap between job seekers and employers, fostering employment opportunities and economic growth in the region.
- Structure:
Each job fair will span 2 days in each of Kerala's 14 districts. Small Enterprise India will handle the initial selection of candidates, ensuring a high-quality pool of applicants. During the fair, SMEs will conduct first-round interviews, streamlining the hiring process and enabling direct engagement between employers and potential employees. This structure not only accelerates the recruitment process but also allows for immediate feedback and interactions, making the job fair an efficient and effective platform for both job seekers and SMEs.

Objectives
